Thanks Max :), Yes I've heard of the book by Marc Rich, my next read for sure :). I am currently reading this book "The Science of Success: How Market-Based Management Built the World's Largest Private Company". It's by Charles Koch. Please let me know if you might have any other recommendations :). Very interestingly as well, Marc Rich and Richard Elman (the founder of Noble Group) both used to work at Phibro, a dismantled company recently.
