Raspberry Sweets for Children Hospital in Zurich

With some TOY friends and some of my childhood friends we sold Raspberry Tartelettes at the biggest annual city event in Aarau and collected money for a special project of the Children hospital in Zurich. The Palliative Care team needs money for their project. They organize every year a day for the children who had lost a sibling. During their work they experienced how often siblings of ill children get 'lost' and lonely because all the attention of the doctors and family is dedicated to the sick brother/sister. They have often no support to handle the death of their sibling. The palliative care team gathers these children together and gives them the opportunity to get in touch with other children who experienced the same. They feel understood and connect fast with each other in this group. We are very happy that we could spend CHF 1045. We bought the tartelettes from the factory, mixed the cream in the kitchen, picked the raspberries on the field of a farmer and prepared the little cakes on place.
